BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya– Police Thursday released a sketch of one of the gunmen in Monday’s killing of a ranking official of the Nueva Vizcaya State University.
The computer-generated sketch released by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group was based on descriptions provided by witnesses to the killing of NVSU budget officer Arlyne Fernandez in the university campus.
Fernandez, 56, NVSU director of financial services, died from three gunshot wounds in the chest, right arm and upper left collar.
Chief Insp. Armando Casem, CIDG head here, said the gunman is about 35 to 40 years old, has medium build and dark complexion, around 5’8” tall, and weighs about 75 kilograms.
