Case filed vs Baguio illegal ‘drug pusher’



BAGUIO CITY – An alleged drug pusher was charged for illegal drugs after he was arrested in a buy-bust operation here last week by police Regional Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operations Task Group in coordination with regional Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency agents.

A police report identified the suspect as Morced Ofiana y Terrano, 39, married and resident of 29, South Central Aurora Hill, Baguio City.
 Ofiana was arrested about 9 p.m. July 31 in his residence when he reportedly sold to operatives, about  1.5 grams of shabu.

Another sachet  containing about  0.5 grams of shabu worth P15,000 was reportedly recovered from his possession.
               
He was subjected to drug test and is at present under the custody of the RAIDSOTG.
               
The confiscated pieces of evidence were turned over to the police crime laboratory in Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet for chemical analysis.
