Exchange” policy, do not practice misleading sales acts, and calibrated
weighing scales and correct kg. weights of commodities sold per kilogram; and

center that will entertain consumer complaints and come up with
compromised resolutions within the day.
To earn a silver award, the establishment must
meet the bronze requirements and must have social responsibility
program. And for gold seal, the establishment must achieve the silver
requirements and some elements aligned to ISO 9001 like Quality Management
System, Management Responsibility, Customer Focus, Management Review, Resource

and improve customer care to qualify for the awards.
