BOLINAO, Pangasinan – A teenager drowned as
he was swimming at the Bolinao Falls 2 in Barangay Tupa here on March 3.
Paul Vincent Narvas,
15, of Anda town, failed to surface after diving into the water with his
friends.
Narvas was found an
hour later and was brought to the Bolinao Community Hospital where he was
declared dead on arrival. – Cesar Ramirez
