CITY – Cops nabbed a teacher here Nov. 9 at Irisan Elementary School for rape.
Arrested was Virgilio Segundo Estolas, 49, married, resident of No. 531,
Sudaypan St., Upper Rock Quarry. This, after Marrieta S. Brawner-Cualing,
presiding judge, of RTC Branch 9, La Trinidad Benguet issued arrest warrant
against Estolas with no bail recommended.The arrested person was brought to
Tuba, Benguet police station.
