ELEVEN road sections in
Cordillera Administrative Region, Region 1, and Pampanga remained closed as of
Tuesday afternoon due to flooding and damages, the Dept. of Public Works and
Highways said.
Nine road sections are
closed to all types of vehicles — six in CAR and three in Region 3, due to
roadslip, soil collapse, debris flow, and flooding.

Malikliko, Ampasongan, Bakun, Benguet were also closed due to road slip and
soil collapse respectively.
The Dumanay section of
Tabuk-Banaue Road via Tanudan-Barlig Road was also closed due to oversaturation
of the road section that is under rehabilitation.
Major roads leading to
Baguio City — Kennon Road and Benguet-Nueva Vizcaya Road — were ordered closed
due to recurring debris flow and roadslip.
Meanwhile, three road
portions in Pampanga remained closed due to flooding. Affected road sections

and Junction Talubin-Barlig-Natonin-Paracelis-Calaccad Road in Mt. Province.
The agency furthered
that all road sections in the National Capital Region (NCR) are passable.
