CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Four communist
rebels surrendered to the Nueva Ecija police on Monday.
Col. Victor Leon Rosete, Nueva Ecija
police director, identified the rebel returnees as Villaflor Felix, 70, former
secretary of the Alyansang Magbubukid ng Gitnang Luzon; Reynaldo Sobrepena, 56,
a member of the Hukbong Bayan; Jaime Gabres, former assistant
secretary of the Samahang Magsasaka, and Armando Cajucom.
Rosete said the surrenderees did not turn
over any firearm.
