PLARIDEL, Bulacan -- Ron
Aldrin Cruz was shot dead when he allegedly fired at police officers who posed
as buyers of shabu here in Barangay Parulan on Tuesday.
Meanwhile,
around a kilo of shabu valued at P6 million was recovered from five persons
arrested in a sting in Barangay Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga also on Tuesday.
Human rights
groups have complained Bulacan had a high incidence of drug-related deaths sue
to anti-drug operations.
