CAMP FLORENDO, La Union — Four fishermen are now with their families after they were rescued by a barangay official along the shorelines in Agno, Pangasinan.
The victims, who spent five days in sea water due to the strike of heavy rains and big waves caused by bad weather while they were fishing, were seen weak on board in a bamboo raft.
In his report to Agno town police station, barangay dagawad Carlito Ramos identified the rescued fishermen as Daniel de Galicia, Salvador Ramos and Elvis Maheta, all resident in Bolinao, Pangasinan and one Alberto Francisco, a resident in Dasol, Pangasinan.
The rescued fishermen were immediately brought to nearby hospital for their immediate recovery and treatment before they returned home.
