More exciting events at SM City Baguio

BAGUIO CITY --There’s definitely a lot to celebrate this March as SM City Baguio continues to excite the mallgoers with events that will involve participation of shoppers and the community.

For pet lovers, get ready to dress up your pets in their most fashionable attire and let them shine in the Pets in Bloom contest on March 21 at The Event Center at 10 a.m.

For overseas foreign workers, SM will launch its Global Pinoy Center with Jamie Rivera as the special guest on March 24 at the mall’s atrium.

The Global Pinoy Center will be located at the Third Floor of the mall near Digital Cinema 4.

The GPC is a specialized all in one convenience stop within SM Supermalls offering various exclusive services, perks, and privileges to welcome the Global Pinoy and their families.

Dubbed as Gamot Para sa Kapwa, SM Foundation will once again conduct a medical and dental mission on March 24 at SM City Baguio Department Store rotunda and at the Elderly Center of Barangay Salud Mitra on March 25.

To date, SMFI has organized 485 medical missions since 2000 assisting thousands of patients in indigent communities nationwide.

Watch out also for the Korean- Filipino members of the UNITAS- wind ensemble concert as they perform on March 25 at The Event Center at 5 p.m.

Cheers to the graduates of Batch 2010! SM City Baguio will treat the graduates to a big graduation bash by showcasing the best Baguio bands on March 26,at The Drive at 5 p.m.

SM City Baguio will take an active role in Earth Hour on March 27. The program will start 7:30 p.m. as part of its environment program against global warming.

A short program will be held at the main entrance of SM in observance of Earth Hour.

It begins with performances from the Amplified HipHop and UB Voices and Graces interpreting the Elements of Nature.

An Earth Hour video will be shown to the public before the Earth Hour countdown begins.
