SAGADA, Mountain Province – Local cops here have proven that the Philippine National Police is indeed national in scope that criminals attempting to evade the law by going to remote places could be found.

This was proven when Sagada police led by their chief Insp. Benedict Kilotan Del-ong arrested a fugitive wanted for murder among the “most wanted persons” of Caloocan City police night of May 4.

Arrested in his residence here at Barangay Ankileng, the fugitive was identified as Moises Kemeng Kalngan, 35, single and a laborer.

Charged under criminal case number C-83435 for murder, Kalngan is under custody of Sagada police.

A report said operations are constantly conducted by Mountain Province police under provincial director Senior Supt. Fortunato Basco Albas in line with “Manhunt Bravo” of the Philippine National Police to bring justice to the victims by bringing to justice responsible for crimes.
