BAGUIO CITY – Globe Telecom transformed the Melvin Jones
Open Field into a colourful village in celebration of this year’s Panagbenga
Festival. The telecommunications company also launched its Mobility
Store-on-the-go and a host of exclusive offers and activities for locals and
tourists.
The Globe Village
features food carts, gaming stations, exciting prizes, and entertainment acts
from live bands, DJs and its Mobility Store-on-the-go that features the telco’s
products and allows its customers to inquire and apply for postpaid and
broadband plans as well as other Globe promos.
One of the highlights
of the four day events is the popular “Kaloka-like” contest where participants
will showcase their looks and talents to win the title.
Cloudfone and Samsung
also joined the event as they showcased their latest roster of gadgets and
mobile phones.
Other activities are
daily raffles open to subscribers who avail of Globe Prepaid, Postpaid and
Tattoo offers.
