BAGUIO CITY – The City
Government extolled four students who landed in the top ten of the recently
concluded Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) board examinations.
Cited in Resolution No.
200-18 were Arthur Soriano Jr. of the University of the Cordilleras and
Florence Duldulao of the University of Baguio who placed fifth and ninth,
respectively in the secondary level and Mardino Nuesca of the UC, also ninth
placer in the elementary level.
Soriano got a 91.60
percent rating while Duldulao had 90.80 percent. Nuesca chalked up 86.80
percent.
Joining the topnotchers
list was Donald Mark Rapinan of UC who ranked seventh with a rating of 89.93
percent in the CPA licensure exams.
Rapinan, a resident of
Quezon Hill, scholar and Cum Laude graduate was commended in Resolution No.
199-18.
“The City has proven
itself again as the educational center of the north by producing (these)
topnotchers in the (said) examinations,” the resolutions noted. – Aileen P.
