director Chief Supt. Noel Alvarez Baraceros and National Police Commission
regional commissioner Zenonida Francisco Brosas recently conferred
here “proficient” status on eight Cordillera police officers for passing
mandatory requirements for third stage of performance governance system.
Baraceros, Brosas, Regional Advisory Council and RAC chairman Reinaldo A.
Bautista, and police regional command conferred the following units for passing
PGS: Baguio City Police Office with highest rating of 95.72%, followed by
Benguet Police Provincial Office with 94.36%; Abra PPO,94.05%; Kalinga PPO-
92.77%; Regional Mobile Battalion 15 (RMFB)-92.11%; Ifugao PPO-92.064%;
Mountain Province PPO- 88.966% and Apayao PPO for garnering over-all rating of
87.03%.
Silver Eagle awards and certificates were received by
the provincial directors of Ifugao, Kalinga, Abra, and Benguet PPOs, battalion
commander of RMFB-15, and Bagio police director with their respective advisory
council chairman. Plaques of recognition were also awarded to members of PROCOR
RAC who made regional police recipient of numerous awards in the completion of
PNP Patrol Plan 2030.
Chief Supt. Rolando Nana, PROCOR regional director,
expressed his gratitude to the RAC for their support and contribution to the
command.
