SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union – Incumbent city Mayor
Hermenegildo Dong Gualberto has filed his certificate of candidacy for
reelection during the last day of filing Wednesday here.
Gualberto was elected in
2016 as an independent until he joined President Duterte’s Partido Demokratiko
Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan last June 1, 2017.
He is now running as an
independent candidate.
