City Police Director Col. Allen Rae Co identified the victim as Samuel Lopez Mora, 58, married, of Zambales, resident here along Cuanso Road, Santo Nono, Bakakeng Central.
This, as the PDEA regional office denied Mora was a former PDEA agent.
