Sinait town’s ‘most wanted man’ falls

CAMP QUIRINO, Ilocos Sur- Town police arrested what they called the top most wanted person and high value target in Sinait town last week.

The wanted person was arrested for violation of Republic Act 9165  at BarangayPug-os by Sinait police, said a police report.

Based on report, on Nov. 27, Sinait police led by officer-in-charge Capt. Bryan Tacazon, intelligence personnel, Cabugao Maritime Police Precinct and 3rd Mobile Force Platoon led by IA1 Rafael Balbin arrested  Juanito Talaña Ibatuan. 

Police said  Judge Homer Jay D Ragonjan, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 24, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, issued three warrants of arrest for violation of RA 9165  and RA 10591.

The judge set bail of total bail of P360,000 for Ibatuan’s temporary liberty.
