Thai embassy gives food to Central Luzon police

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga- The Royal Thai Embassy, in partnership with a Thai food company, on April 21, gave 1, 200 live chickens as food donation and support to police front liners in Central Luzon, according to Central Luzon Police Director Brig. Gen. Rhodel Sermonia.
Sermonia personally took delivery of the chicken donation from Chareon Pokphand Foods (CPF) Public Company Limited. At hand to witness the turnover ceremony was Thai Ambassador Vasin Ruangprateepsaeng.
“These were intended to PNP-PRO3 personnel who risk their lives as daily front liners in this worldwide health crisis.” the ambassador said.
Sermonia said he was honored to receive the donation, and his men recognized for their hard work in the fight against the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)
“We are truly grateful to Thai delegation since this donation is of great advantage to us in carrying out our tasks this enhanced community quarantine.” Sermonia said
“As we continue to find ways and means to sustain the food supply to help all those this opportunity and partnership which strengthens the sense of community, where everyone is working for the greater good of our country and people,” he added.
