SANTIAGO CITY, Isabela – Sixteen kilos of dried marijuana leaves worth P2.4 million were seized at a checkpoint in Barangay Caquilingan in Cordon town on Monday.
Personnel of the local police and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested John Patrick Catabona, 26, for alleged possession of the illegal drugs.
