Autonomous greetings towards Federalism! Onward to an autonomous Cordillera leading to a Federal Republic of the Philippines

Let us fervently greet 2021 with new beginnings, of inspiring perspectives and resolve that make our communities, our country meet the challenges of economic, political and social conditions towards autonomous regional and federal realities.
 
Regional autonomy is federalism, the capacity to regionally exist based on political self-determination and economic potentials fueled by human resources and moved by respective cultural, local peculiarities.
 
Autonomy is federalism within a national republic that every regional state shall move, freely govern and exist on its capacity and have the opportunity for economic growth brought about by the equitable sharing of government wealth and resources resulting to faster delivery of services and benefits to its citizenry.
 
Regional autonomy is federalism that regional constituents shall make this happen inherently and politically conscious that change can happen from the present unitary form of government to decentralized regional states that make services and opportunities accessible and closer to the people.
 
For what is government but a government of the people, for the people and by the people.
 
In the Cordillera, we can make this happen. Ingrained in our cultural ways of independence and autonomy, this resolve to move our very own resources- natural and human- towards a politically self-determining Cordillera of its economic potentials and social realities that a federal, regional autonomous Cordillera state can be realized.
 
This we can realize in a government imprinted with a national Constitution that is republican and democratic and by the spirit of the law respects and recognizes resolves of its citizenry to make better and people- friendly conditions to carve systems responsive to its very own people.
 
Together as a people, we make this happen.
 
Onward to the making of a federal and autonomous Cordillera! Onward to the creation of federal states in a republican and democratic nation. Onward to a new Republic! Matago-tago tako am-in!
