BAGUIO CITY – Police arrested a suspect in
"bukas kotse" incident here and recovered the victim's belongings on
Feb. 6. City police chief Col.
Allen Rae F. Co said CCTV footages from the BCPO command center helped police
in recognizing the suspect since he was apprehended in the past for the same
crime.
The suspect was named
as Ellie Viloria Enrique who was nabbed at his residence at Crystal Cave.
Complainant Cristobal Cayabyab Millare said he parked his car at the parking lot of Justice Hall and went to the City market to attend to his business.

When he went back to
retrieve his car, he was surprised to see the right-side window at the back of
his car broken and found his bag is missing.
Police recovered the
victim's missing black Nike bag pack containing his black/red Bridgestone
jacket, black Puma jacket, and his Chicago bull cap.
Enrique was jailed
while a case was prepared against him.
