CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela - The Dept. of Education Schools Division of Isabela and 6th District Rep. Faustino “Inno” Dy V have signed an agreement to ensure implementation of radio-based instruction as one form of the education department’s blended learning systems.

said with the signing of a memorandum of agreement, Dy has turned over
P100,000 that will be used in the payment of airtime lesson episodes
through DWDY AM in Cauayan City.
She said the Radio Based-Instruction dubbed "Division’s Radyo Eskwela" which started October last year is an effective mode of learning as learners are taught using the radio in delivering lessons this time of Covid-19 pandemic to avoid transmission of the disease among the learners.
