LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – This town has recently opened its adventure park to promote tourism in the province’s capital town.
One of the main attractions of the Lingayen Adventure Park is the “Take Me Back to the North” ride where tourists can rent an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and enjoy a drive along the wide, breezy, and clean coast of the Lingayen beach.
The rent price ranges from P200 to P1,200.
“Once we learned from the Inter-Agency Task Force the opening of tourist spots, we thought of opening the park but we also wanted to ensure that health safety measures are followed hence, there are protocols here that we are imposing,” said Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo Bataoil during the park’s launching on March 20.
Lingayen town is also the home of the province’s provincial capitol and other landmarks and attractions.
Recently, The provincial government has announced that the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Region 1 (Ilocos) has endorsed to the LTFRB Central Office in Quezon City the resumption of the inter-provincial bus trips in Pangasinan.
The endorsement was made after the recommendation letter of Gov. Amado I. Espino III was received and approved by the LTFRB regional office.
