Province -- Two teenagers drowned when they went swimming at Gawaan Lake here
afternoon of Feb. 6 while two others drowned at Chico River in Tabuk, Kalinga.
In Tadian, victims were identified as Flander Bulaglag Tipac and Wilmar Laguitan Padongay, both 13 years old, Grade 8 students of Dacudac National High School, and residents of Barangay Lenga.
According to a police investigation, the incident was reported to the Tadian Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office around 3 p.m.

Responders
from the MDRRMO were joined by the local police and volunteers from the
community in a search and retrieval operation.
The responders found the body of Tipac at around 4 p.m. and Padongay's body four hours later.
Investigation on the incident is still in progress.
In Kalinga, the decomposing bodies of a 17-year-old boy and his 22-year-old sister who drowned in Pasunglao River were retrieved in Chico River in Tabuk City on Feb. 4, police said.
The first body was found floating in the river at noon.
It was identified as the remains of Frank Smith Gonzalo of Bulanao, Tabuk City, Maj. George Acob, city police chief, said.
The body of Frank's sister, Maybelle Gonzalo, was fished from the water on Friday evening. Frank and Maybelle drowned on February 1 while swimming with other family members in the Pasunglao River in Calanan, Tabuk City.
The responders found the body of Tipac at around 4 p.m. and Padongay's body four hours later.
Investigation on the incident is still in progress.
