TAYUM, Abra – Police nabbed a man here wanted for frustrated murder August 13.
Operatives identified the suspect as Darwin A. Daria, 28, farmer and a resident of Sitio Ticker Barangay Budac of this town.
Daria was earlier charged for frustrated murder before the Regional Trial Court in Bucay town.
Police said Daria is now under custody of Tayim police while the case is considered solved.
The suspect was charged for allegedly trying to kill a certain FloranteDaria on Nov. 20, 2010 here at Budac.
It was not known if the perpetrator was related to the victim.
