10 wanted men nabbed in Cordillera provinces



CAMP DANGWA, Benguet – Police arrested 10 wanted persons in different provinces in the region last week, regional police director Chief Supt. Benjamin B. Magalong disclosed,

Armed with a warrant issued by Judge Victor A Dalanao, six farmers charged for attempted homicide were arrested August 18, in their residences at SitioPinagan, Barangay Lucog, Tabuk City, Kalinga by a composite team from Regional Pulic Safety Battalion and Tabuk police.

They were identified as :  Francisco PalasTabanganay, 26; David Tallongan Limayog, 24; Aljan
Tallongan Limayog, 22; Robert Cawas Langcato, 33;  Lester Jay Sumeg-ang Bonggawon, 22 and Leandro BonggawonTabanganay, 22.

In another operation, Tabuk police led by led by Supt. Reynaldo Pasiwen nabbed August 18 one Reynaldo Cabat Gunnaban, 36 in his residence in Tuliao, Calanan,Tabuk for concubinage.

He was arrested by virtue of warrant issued by Judge Victor A Dalanao of Municipal Trial Circuit Court Tabuk City.

Dalanao recommended bail bond of  P10,000 for Funnaban’s temporary liberty.

In Abra, Tayum  town police arrested Rizaldy Balneg y Valera, 36, in his residence in Sitio Guingad, Barangay Gaddani August 19.

Judge Jaime DojilloJr, of RTC Branch 58, Bucay, Abra issued a warrant for his arrest for violation of Republic Act 9262 and recommended bail bond of P 24,000.

In Benguet, two men were arrested August 17 for frustrated murder in their residence by La Trinidad town police.

The arrested suspects were identified as Raeg Noel Guinyawan Y Fernandez, 21 and Jordan Cadwising Y Catores, 28, both residents of Barangay Wangal.

Judge Francis Buliyat, who issued the warrant for their arrest set, P200,000 bail bond each for their temporary liberty.
