Kalinga -- Police have launched a manhunt for a man tagged in the killing of a
60-year-old woman in Sitio Bakwit, Barangay Alleguia here Kalinga on Tuesday.
Vicenta Leyang had received calls from the
suspect the night before her body, which bore multiple hack wounds, was found,
according to her relatives.Police did not identify the 27-year-old suspect
pending his arrest.
Leyang had previously complained to
barangay officials that the suspect had been stalking and convincing her to
live with him, said Chief Insp. Randy
Alagao, Pinukpuk
police chief.
