Hotel worker shot dead in Ilocos resort

SANTIAGO, Ilocos Sur-A hotel worker was shot dead Tuesday here in the coastal barangay of Ambucao.

               Police reported that Eduardo Sabado, Alias Ciano, 57, was working inside the Magic 5 Resort when armed men suddenly shot him in the forehead and chest.

He died on the spot.

Initial investigation conducted by the police disclosed the victim was polishing the area of the Majic 5 resort when the still unidentified suspects suddenly barged inside and shot the victim hitting his forehead and chest causing his instant death. 

The victim was a drug surrenderee of Santiago PNP, according to a report.

The incident was immediately flashed to nearby PNP stations to arrest the gunmen.
