High school stude nabbed for carnap

BUGUIAS, Benguet  -- Town police arrested here last week a 20-year- old third year high school student for carnapping.

Police identified the suspect as Jifford C. Pusayen, of Barangay Loo here.

The suspect was arrested July 11, about 3 p.m. at Loo National High School here following an arrest

warrant issued against him by Agapito K. Laoagan, Jr., presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 64, Abatan, Buguias.

Pusayen was still jailed at the town jail of press time as he could not produce the P180, 000 bail bonds for his temporary liberty.
