BONTOC, Mountain Province –
Twenty one small-scale projects under the Priority Development Assistance Fund
(PDAF) of Rep. Maximo B. Dalog are now being implemented in this province while
other are being bid out.
These include roads, flood
controls, multipurpose-buildings and foot bridges.
Those bid out will be
implementation this month.
These projects will be done by
the provincial district engineering office in different municipalities according
to Department of Public Works and Highways standards, said John Marquez,
provincial DPWH chief.
The second tranche of the
congressman’s PDAF shall be released last quarter of this year for the
projects.
Meanwhile, the completed Caluttit
Multipurpose Building in this capital town included in the first tranche in
last year’s PDAF projects was turned over to the Chaleya Women’s Organization
for maintenance, said Charles Sokoken,
OIC assistant district engineer.
