6 wanted persons nabbed in Cordillera PNP raids



CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet -- Six persons were arrested last week in Cordillera for various crimes, reports from provincial police headquarters to regional police director Chief Supt. Benjamin Magalong bared.  
               
In Itogon, Benguet, four suspects for attempted homicide were arrested Oct. 23 while doing construction work here near 1st Gate at Barangay Ucab.
               
Itogon and Tublay town police nabbed laborers Lombaya Amrangeb, 20;  Johnny Amrangeb, 21 years old, single, both residing in Lower Rock Quarry, Baguio City and Gilbert Padong, 20, resident of 1st  Gate here.
               
They were arrested after Juanito A. Orallo, presiding judge of  2nd MCTC of Tublay-Atok, Benguet issued a warrant for their arrest.

On the same day, police of Kabugao, Apayao led by SPO2 Cariaga Pallat arrested Ricky Boday Bagayao, 35, of Barangay Laco, Kabugao.
               
Judge Quirino M. Andaya of RTC Branch 26, Luna, Apayao issued a warrant for his arrest for rape.
               
Meanwhile, Senior Supt. Alexander DG Rafael, Abra provincial police director, supervised the arrest of Melvin Joy Battalao, 29 of Barangay Calaba, Bangued, Abra.
               
The suspect was arrested after Judge Corpuz B. Alzate, presiding judge of RTC Branch 1, Bangued, Abra issued an arrest warrant against him for rape.
