TUGUEGARAO CITY – A man was arrested for
reportedly masturbating as he watched the coronation of winners of a beauty
pageant capping the Longganisa Festival in Vigan, Ilocos Sur Friday.
Women watching the
pageant backed away as Apolinario Orsua, 43, a resident of Sta. Catalina town,
started to masturbate, police said. The men in the audience allegedly beat up
Orsua before handing him over to police officers.
Vigan is popular for
its small, garlicky longganisas or sausages.
