CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – A total
of 39 wanted persons were nabbed in the Cordillera second week of January with
10 categorized most wanted.
Baguio City Police Office has recorded the highest number of arrests with 14, followed by Benguet PPO with 10, Kalinga, 8; Abra, 5 and Ifugao with 2.
In Kalinga, Tanudan town police arrested, Segundo Dona-al Lingbawan listed as No. 7 MWP and Christopher Dona-al Lingbawan listed as No. 8 MWP.
The two were facing charges for murder with no recommended bail.
Pinukpok town police also arrested Regino Sagalong Gaano, Shad Lugay Dimara, and Regina Awingan Romano.
Gaano, listed as Kalinga’s most wanted person was facing charges murder while Dimara and Romano were both facing charges illegal drugs.
