Fisherman missing in Binga Dam waters

ITOGON, Benguet -- A fisherman is still missing after he fell on the waters of Binga Dam here June 27 at about 1:30 p.m.

The victim was identified as Arsenio Maglalangi, 50 here of Guiset, Tinongdan.

Residents said the victim was outbalanced when his fishnet was accidentally tied on his hand.

As a result, he was pulled by the strong water current.

Rescuers led by Ramon Capsula of SN Aboitiz and concerned citizens were still conducting search and rescue operations to locate the victim at press time.
