2 nabbed in murder case

ITOGON, Benguet – Police recently nabbed two suspects here in a frustrated murder case last week.

First to be arrested was Denver A. Mateo, 37, driver of Butwang, Virac, Itogon town.

Mato was arrested in Beckel, La Trinidad after a warrant was issued for his arrest by Judge Edgardo B Diaz de Vera Jr. of the 1st Judicial Region Branch 10, RTC, La Trinidad.

Daz set a bailbond ofP200.000for his temporary liberty.

A miner identified as Rogel S Potiacan of Lower Botwang, Virac, Itogon, was nabbed later by the regional police mobile group by virtue of same warrant of arrest.
