Kabayan cop rated top 5 in national PNP ranking

CAMP BADO DANGWA, Benguet – The Chief of Police of the town of Kabayan received an award here from the Police Regional Office – Cordillera, the country’s Best Police Regional Office, for being one of the top 5 Finalists in the National Lead Philippine National Police competition.
Senior Insp. Arnold O. Ventura received a plaque of recognition for being one of the top 12 finalists of the 2nd Lead PNP Award (The Mentor Leader), the highest award given to a chief of police in recognition to his “untiring efforts to uphold mentoring leadership in leading his station towards delivering a highly capable, credible, and effective police service.”
“This award proves his invaluable support and passionate commitment to the Philippine National Police Integrated Transformation Program,” the recognition plaque stated.
Ventura also received a Lead PNP Cal. 45 Limited Edition personal firearm, courtesy of ARMSCOR Philippines for finishing in the Top 5 in the Lead PNP search.
The Kabayan police station also received a full set of computers from the Public Safety Savings and Loan Association.
