Men wanted for attempted homicide, threats arrested

CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad Benguet  – Two men wanted for attempted homicide, malicious mischief and threats in Apayao and Benguet  respectively were arrested by lawmen last week.

Insp. Jenelyn Kiwingan, Luna, Payao police chief who led the team that arrested person Clyde Patimo, 22, of Turod, Luna, said the suspect was wanted for attempted homicide.

An arrest warrant was issued against him by Judge Jose Feril Jr. of the 4th Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Luna-Pudtol-Calanasan.

Patimo Dec. 2, 2012 at Centro East, Sta. Ana,  Cagayan.

Meanwhile, Itogon, Benguet police arrested a 33-year old private miner on the same day t Lower Mangga, Itogon.

Itogon police head Chief Insp. Fernando Botangen, identified the arrested person as Dean Martin Tinong Alvester, of Cervantes, Ilocos Sur and resident of Lower Mangga.

Judge Adolfo R. Malingan of the Municipal Trial Court of Itogon, issued a warrant for his arrest for malicious mischief and other light threats with no bail recommended.

Alvester and Patimo were detained.
