Kids die in fire after quarrel of couple

VILLASIS, Pangasinan — A domestic quarrel between a live-in couple may prompt police investigators here to charge them with negligence leading to the deaths of two children in a house fire in Poblacion, Zone 2, here, recently.

Probers said Mark Tabono, 1, and his brother Anthony, 2, died in the fire that broke out minutes after their mother Mary Grace, 20, left the house apparently to run after her live-in partner, Anthony F. Canivas, 22, who stormed out of their home in the heat of their argument. – Liezle BasaIñigo
