Tesda official shot dead in La Union

SAN JUAN, La Union -- Motorcycle-riding men shot dead here several times Oct. 15 an administrative officer of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, was standing along the highway in Barangay Paringao before 7 p.m. The victim was declared dead on arrival at the Ilocos Training Regional Medical Center. 

Chief Inspector Joel Lagto, Bauang police chief, said they are pursuing several leads in the killing. – Jun Elias
