P799-M CL roads to open and ease traffic

MABALACAT, Pampanga — Two multi-million-peso roads are set open this month in Central Luzon, the Manila North Tollways Corp. (MNTC), which operates and manages the biggest expressways in the country, reported here March 8.

MNTC said that the P799-million projects will benefit thousands of motorists going north of Metro Manila who are irked by traffic in the exits of North Luzon Expressway (NLEx).

MNTC said the new NLExBalagtas Interchange in Bulacan will be opened on March 20 as scheduled, while the connecting 24.61-km Plaridel Bypass Road, also in Bulacan, will also be opened this month.
