2 robbers die in Bangar shootout

BANGAR, La Union
– Two suspected robbers were slain in an alleged shootout with policemen
in Bangar, La Union Thursday.
The fatalities who
have yet to be identified shot it out with policemen who caught them taking
computers from the Rissing Elementary School at around 4 a.m, said Chief Insp.
Rogelio Miedes, Bangar police chief.
Police recovered two
caliber .38 revolvers and the stolen computers at the scene.
The alleged cohort of
the fatalities was arrested in a follow-up operation in Supiden town. –
