Yoga Health Festival set at Country Club

BAGUIO CITY --  Heaven’s Touch, in partnership with the Baguio Country Club and Department of Tourism, will present Namaskar Yoga and Health Festival on June 24 and 25 here at the Baguio Country Club.

The festival will feature quality teachers and healers in the country like Riza Lim (Orissa’s Healing Yoga, Kimut, Aromatherapy), Pio Baquiran (Vinyasa Masterclass, Harmonizing with Nature, Ayuverdic Food Workshop) and Marissa Harnadh (Kundalini Yoga), among others. It will also present international speaker Master Del Pe, a healing guru and spiritual masters of 8 types of Yoga and the 12 styles of Meditation.

“Namaskar Festival is designed to share practical tools to beat stress, boost the body’s resilience, and clear out mental obstacles,” said festival Executive Producer Cynthia Tabora-Tuason.

Pre-event tickets are available at Baguio Country Club for P3, 000 for the 2-day pass and P1, 600 for 1-day pass inclusive of lunch and snacks.
