5 most wanted men nabbed in Cordillera

DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet -- Cordillera police arrested five “most wanted
persons,” including from April 5 to 7.
In Mountain Province, Efren Manadao Ganggangan, 24, was arrested for violation of Republic Act 7610.
He was nabbed by teams of the Regional Intelligence Division, Kalinga Police, and Criminal Investigation Detection Group at Sitio Addang, Barangay Bunot, Paracelis.
In Baguio City, Joseph Acibon Blas, 73, a native of Banaue, Ifugao wanted for homicide committed in 1999 was nabbed along Lakandula St.
A security guard was also arrested at Lower Lourdes Extension, on April 6.
The suspect was identified as Agustin Manguera Madrigal Jr., 53, who was wanted for lasciviousness.
Edward Jampon Mendoza, 24, carpenter, was also arrested for frustrated homicide.
The suspect was nabbed with the help of an informant who revealed he was staying at a lodge in km 4, Marcos Highway, Baguio City.
In Apayao, Hansel Pudoc Sibay, 24, was arrested at Sitio Dangla, Barangay Kumao, Kabugao town for rape he allegedly committed on July 2020.

Four nabbed in Benguet for guns, bullets, shabu
CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad Benguet – Police arrested four persons in Benguet
following implementation of search warrants on April 8.
Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. Ronald O. Lee identified the suspects as Russell Osay Angel, 34; Ronald Mariano Osay,47; Rod Marc Galang Rodas, 32 and Santiago Bugging Ablao, 37 based from a report of Benguet police director Col. Reynaldo Pasiwen.
In La Trinidad, Ronald Mariano Osay and Russel Osay Angel were arrested in Barangay Ambiong for illegal guns.
Found and confiscated in the house of Osay were a Cal .22 revolver and assorted bullets.
Meanwhile, the Regional Intelligence Division arrested Russel Angel also for illegal guns.
Confiscated from him were a Cal .38 revolver and a Cal. 38 loaded with three bullets during the search in his house.
Rod Marc Galang Rodas of Upper Tadiangan, Tuba was also arrested for same violation after cops confiscated from him a Cal. 22 (5.5mm) gun.
Meanwhile, arrested for illegal drugs was Santiago Ablao, Jr., a.k.a Batsalan.
Confiscated in his house were eight sachets of suspected shabu and one sachet containing suspected shabu residue worth P 4,080.
Charges were prepared against the suspects for filing in court.
