4 wanted persons nabbed in Ifugao

LAGAWE, Ifugao – Four wanted persons were recently nabbed in Ifugao following implementation of “Implan Numbahol,” a police program launched by provincial police director Joseph Adnol.

On Feb. 13 in the tourist town of Banaue, one Buli S. Hinumla, listed top nine most wanted person in the town was arrested by a team led by Insp. Donato Tagubasi by virtue of a warrant issued by the3 municipal trial court for attempted homicide. Hinumla was incarcerated at the provincial jail located at Tiger Hill, Baguinge, Kiangan.

Another arrest was made on Feb. 14 by joint elements of 1612 provincial mobile group of Mt. Province led by Senior Insp. Gilbert Fati-ig and Alfonso Lista town cops led led by Senior Insp. Emmanuel Viernes. A certain Bengie B. Guisab was also nabbed for two counts of murder and attempted murder with no bail recommended.

On Feb. 17 at Upper Pitawan, Hingyon town, one Mary D. Binaihan was arrested by elements of Hingyon police led by Insp. Typon Acod by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Cicerio Jurado Jr of RTC Branch 38, San Jose City, for estafa and illegal recruitment. One Moreno Ahaul was arrested at Barangay Impugong, Tinoc by town police headed by Insp. Mariano Cosape for violation of Republic Act 9262.
