BAGUIO CITY - Market superintendent Policarpio Tamayo last week warned individuals wanting to obtain "stall rights" in the market not to transact business with persons who represent themselves as agents.
Tamayo said reports reaching his office of unscrupulous persons collecting money from vendors promising them with "spaces" for Block 3 should not be entertained.
He said these persons who take advantage do not have authority and are not connected in any way with the city government and their transactions are illegal
The market task force is still formulating guidelines for the use of Block 3 and we are still reconciling our records, he said.
Interested persons are advised to visit his office for clarification and information on certain rights in the market.
The rehabilitation of Block 3 will take a period of 220 days.
