Fake PDEA agent nabbed in Ilocos Sur

TUGUEGARAO CITY – Police arrested Tuesday a woman posing as an agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and asking for  protection money from drug personalities in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur.

Senior Inspector Edmar Quiton, Caoayan police chief, said Maricar Raboy allegedly asked money from drug traffickers in exchange for their removal from PDEA’s watch list.

Quiton said Raboy was caught while receiving money from an undercover police officer.
