Baguio official buys ‘erection drug’

Its graduation time again and after which comes the summertime. Like my daughter who is graduating from high school, graduates show mixed emotions before, during and after marching to get their diplomas. Some are happy because they have completed a part of their life and some show sadness for they will now be parted from their friends.

But it is sadder on the part of the guys who would be separated from their girlfriends whose parents are too strict. Nevertheless, it’s now the time to celebrate and just enjoy your accomplishments after those lessons, quizzes and terror teachers. Forget about the global crisis and being unemployed. There are always good colors on the other side of the rainbow. In every game there is always a victor and this is only the beginning. Just strive and think positive and you could be successful. To the graduates, Congratulations a happy job hunting ahead!

Funny, but I could not recall eating those recalled Samuya Peanut Butter products until one of my friends told me that anyone could get a bald head once these products contaminated with salmonella will get inside one’s body that I immediately recalled my lessons in mathematics.

Joining the band wagon of the “top gones” is one that I hate much the reason I went running to a nearby store to look for a miracle cure but the money in my pocket was not enough to buy one so I held back. There I saw a friend who jokingly says that I don’t need it and that what I had to do was look for those recalled melanin tainted milk.

No, he said I should not drink it but rather pour it over on my top. Whew, whether my friend was joking or not, this is somewhat giving me some relief from my disgust about those government agencies that are seemingly not doing their job. I am not saying the Bureau of Food and Drugs is sleeping but surely, the public have the right to be protected from harmful effects of these recalled products.

It may sound funny if they are only doing their findings now after a long period of these products being consumed by the public. Do it sound correctly that the BFAD is not doing its job? The fate of the consuming public is at stake. I hope we are not far from being walking zombies some day because of the food we eat that were not properly checked by authorities.

I dare my friends at BFAD to also test those frozen products sold at the supermarkets which are laced with reservatives.

A lady kagawad of Barangay Kagitingan in Baguio was fuming mad when this writer chanced upon her after a fire nearly broke out at one of the cheap hotels along Kalantiao St. in the area. She may have the reason to get mad at those Magsaysay express girls who do their flesh and drug trade inside the hotel which she believes could be the cause of that said incident. I could remember this kagawad shouting, “Matagal ko nang problem yang mga put_ na_ _ yan, anong gusto nila, sila na lang ang babantayan namin “? Those prostitutes have been my problem. What do they want, we will watch them all the time?)

If this lady kagawad knows what is true, then why did she not call the attention of the punong barangay who is her distant relative or report it to proper authorities? I don’t want to believe some reports this kagawad was only making “agaw-eksena” at that time. The truth is some of these Magsaysay express girls are her friends and regular costumers at her store below the overpass at center mall.

I also wonder why those pirated discs and even pornographic DVDs are openly displayed and sold to the passing public. These areas along corner Magsaysay and Lakandula are now the haven of Muslim traders which is under their jurisdiction and I don’t know why they seem to be looking the other way. Kagitingan? Sounds great, but how about kabingihan? Ay apo!

This could be too personal, but guess who this top Baguio official who was seen buying “erection capsule” at a Chinese drugstore in Upper Mabini St. in the city. He may just wanted to satisfy his partner in bed not on his skill but the steel power of his thing. But if he was informed of the side effect of that miracle drug, he could have some second thoughts before buying it. You see, these Chinese drugs that are sold cheaper than those drugs approved by the BFAD are now undergoing further study to know the real contents and its effect.

But do you know that this official is only on his midyears and it makes me wonder why he needs the help of a medicine to keep his pet on “standing ovation?” Maybe he is now playing the price of being an alcoholic and habitual nightclub goer the past years that he abused his body when he was younger and now his body is paying the price and worst, the most important part of his anatomy is now paying the price.
