Young man killed in motorcycle mishap

BACARRA, Ilocos Norte — A young man was killed March 13 when the Honda Wave motorcycle he was driving rammed a concrete welcome arch in Barangay Pasiocan, this town, lawmen said.

Police investigators identified the victim as Noel Galapon, 20.
He died of serious injuries in the body at about 3:45 a.m. last Friday March 13while he was being treated by doctors at the Gov. Roque B. Ablan Sr. Memorial Hospital in Laoag City.

Ironically, the victim came earlier from the same hospital where he visited relatives who also figured in another vehicular accident.

He was driving his Honda Wave motorcycle on his way home when the Friday the 13th accident occurred.
