Search on for PDEA mole who warned shabu supplier on raid

SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union – A member of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency is now being suspected as the one who forewarned an alleged shabu supplier here of a raid to arrest her.
This, after shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) was found by joint elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 1-Special Operations Team and police in the residence of a certain Daisy Ramos March 17 by virtue of a search warrant granted by Judge Carlito Corpuz of the Municipal Trial Court of San Fernando La Union.
Ramos, 35 had beenunder surveillance since February at her home in Ilokanos Norte San Fernando City La Union.
Among other items seized were packets of small plastic sachets used to repack the illegal drug, drug money and a cellular phone which contained text messages regarding orders and drug transactions.
A text message from an unknown source warned Ramos of the raid, PDEA agemts said.
Ramos with her unnamed live-in partner were both the PDEA and PNP’s order of battle.
Police, said she had been responsible for proliferation of shabu at San Fernando City and nearby areas.
