‘Drug pusher’ nabbed in buy-bust operation

BAGUIO CITY – Police nabbed an alleged drug pusher here Oct. 7 around 1:25 p.m. here at Bonifacio St. during a buy bust operation conducted by the police and members of the regional anti-illegal drugs special operations task group.

The regional police group was led by Senior Insp. Melchor N. Ong under supervision of Supt. Glenn D. Lonogan in coordination with the regional Drug Enforcement Agency.

The suspect was identified as Joel Fallorin y Ballasio married, 33, of Tuding, Itogon, Benguet and at present residing at Suello Village, Bakakeng, Baguio City.

The operatives recovered white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing around 0.94 gram and another sachet containing around 1.56 grams of suspected shabu valued at 29, 500.

The case is being prepared for filling in court while the suspect is under the custody of regional police based in Camp Dangwa, Benguet.
